Bring your team to the Electra facility in Henderson, NV. We walk your technicians through the complete conversion process, system layout, safety practices and installation.

Once trained, your team can purchase ELECTRA GSE conversion kits for your fleet. Kits are built around our lithium battery technology and designed to make repeat installations faster and more consistent

Return to your facility and complete conversions on your own schedule. With proper training and preparation, many operators can complete a conversion in approximately 8–10 hours.
Our conversion kits offer operators a faster, more cost effective way to modernize existing ground support equipment. Instead of purchasing an entirely new fleet, convert your current internal combustion equipment to clean, reliable lithium electric power.

We can train your teams at your facility, or provide hands-on installation training at our Henderson, NV facility. Once training is complete, we ship the conversion kits directly to you and provide ongoing technical support throughout the installation process.
Each kit includes the major components needed to convert your internal combustion vehicle to a Lithion powered electric version. Most conversions take about 8-10 hours per vehicle.
I.C.E. Conversion Kits
We do it.
Send us your existing equipment, and we will remove the internal combustion engine and replace it with a complete lithium-electric powertrain. We call this a ZERO-HOUR conversion because the vehicle is fully rebuilt—not simply repowered.
Major wear components and operating systems are inspected, repaired, or replaced to return the equipment to like-new operating condition, with the reliability, efficiency, and lower maintenance costs of modern electric power.

Electric GSE can deliver substantial savings in both fuel and maintenance costs. Using Los Angeles-area pricing as an example, we assume diesel is purchased at a 20% discount below the local retail market price. Even with that favorable diesel pricing, a TUG MA operating 12 hours per day can cost approximately $40,900 per year in fuel and maintenance.
By comparison, a lithium-powered TUG MA using approximately 71 kWh of electricity per day has an estimated annual energy and maintenance cost of just $9,200. That represents potential savings of approximately $31,700 per TUG MA, per year—even when the diesel comparison assumes fuel is purchased 20% below retail.

You send us your old equipment and we replace the combustion Engine with a complete Electric power train. We call it a ZERO-HOUR conversion because everything on the vehicle is replaced.

Each unit is driven and fully inspected to assess the condition of its major systems before conversion. Converting an internal combustion engine unit to lithium typically takes approximately three weeks because the engine, fuel system, exhaust components, and related systems must be removed and replaced with the electric drivetrain and battery system.

Lead Acid Swaps

Send us your existing lead-acid ground support equipment, and we handle the entire conversion—from removing the old lead-acid battery to installing and testing a modern LFP lithium system designed for your equipment.
There’s no need to replace a dependable piece of GSE just because its battery technology is outdated. Our lithium upgrade service gives your existing equipment longer runtime, faster charging, more consistent performance, and significantly less maintenance while extending its useful life.
You ship us the equipment. We upgrade it, test it, and send it back ready to work. It’s one of the simplest ways to modernize your fleet without the cost and disruption of purchasing new GSE.

Ship your aging lead-acid electric ground support equipment to our Las Vegas facility. We accept a wide range of electric GSE for evaluation, refurbishment, and conversion to lithium power.

Each unit is driven and fully inspected to assess the condition of its major systems. Our standard conversion price includes replacement of most common wear components. If significant repairs are needed—such as a motor, hydraulic pump, or other major assembly—we will provide the additional cost before proceeding.

The equipment is disassembled, cleaned, and stripped of rust before being professionally repainted. We then install the new components, updated counterweight, optional cooling system, and other upgrades required for dependable operation.
Each rebuilt unit receives a new lithium battery system designed to improve runtime, charging speed, performance, and maintenance requirements. The lithium battery is backed by a seven-year warranty.After the conversion is complete, the equipment is tested and prepared for delivery. You receive fully refurbished, lithium-powered GSE ready to return to demanding airport operations.

LIQUID COOLED CORE 80-32C:
The CORE 80-32C is a 76.8V, 31.6 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery built for demanding ground support equipment. Its 412Ah capacity, active liquid cooling, efficient charging, and rugged IP67 enclosure provide reliable performance across demanding duty cycles. Ideal for baggage tractors, pushback tractors, passenger stairs, belt loaders, and other electric GSE.

The CORE 80-32 is the same as it’s liquid-cooled version simply without the liquid-cooling system installed. The CORE 80-32 is a 76.8V, 31.6 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery built for demanding ground support equipment. Its 412Ah capacity, efficient charging, and rugged IP67 enclosure provide reliable performance throughout the workday. For applications and operating environments where active liquid cooling is not required, the CORE 80-32 provides a simpler, more affordable lithium solution without unnecessary system complexity.
